What This Practice Does
The Threshold uses accelerated breathing cycles followed by retention phases to create strong physiological and neurological shifts.
The result is a dynamic movement through states:
-activation of the sympathetic response
-release through the body (somatic discharge)
-transition into deeper parasympathetic states
You may experience:
-waves of intensity and heat
-tingling, pressure, or full-body sensation
-emotional or physical release
-altered perception or inner imagery
